Yesterday, Canadian Studies and the Digital Moose Lounge celebrated our 6th annual community Thanksgiving. Nearly 100 Canadians and their friends from across the Bay came to Berkeley to celebrate all things Canada, including special guests Consul General Rana Sarkar. Guests enjoyed a delicious turkey dinner with a dessert of Nanaimo bars and butter tarts. Attendees were excited to participate in a raffle for Canadian goods, including a Canadian swag, a gift basket of Quebecois foods, tickets to see the San Jose Sharks, and a pair of Air Canada tickets. We can't wait for next year!
